1. Agreement to Terms

2. Our Services

Redei Couture provides bespoke couture design services including bridal wear, festive wear, evening wear, senior wear, and men's wear. All garments are made-to-order and individually tailored to each client's measurements and specifications.

By booking an appointment or placing an order, you agree that:

• All design requirements are discussed and confirmed during consultation
• Measurements and fittings are the client's responsibility to attend as scheduled
• Final designs may vary slightly from initial inspiration images
• International shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

3. Appointments & Consultations

Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in exceptional circumstances with reasonable notice given to the client.

Clients are asked to provide accurate information when booking. Redei Couture accepts no liability for errors arising from inaccurate information provided by the client.

4. Orders, Payments & Deposits

All orders require a deposit before work commences. Deposit amounts and payment schedules will be agreed upon during your consultation. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

Full payment is required prior to delivery or collection of the completed garment. We accept payment methods as communicated at the time of order.

5. Cancellations & Alterations

Due to the bespoke nature of our work, cancellations after production has commenced may not be eligible for a refund. Requests for alterations after delivery will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional charges.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, content, and materials on the Redei Couture website are the intellectual property of Redei Couture and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Redei Couture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant order.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
